I don't have a copy of that to check (and my memory is not good enough to remember :) ). If you look up the original rules pdf online, it might list the contents.

This is one of those odd little rules that doesn't really have any particular impact on game play, but is still "a rule". Not sure why they devised it to work that way.

Usually an engine building game has something you "build" (an engine), that you can "run" to generate "something". So in Wingspan, you lay birds in a row (the building part) that have effects and then later you can "run" back through multiple times over the course of the game to get benefits from. I wouldn't say wingspan is a traditional engine builder, but it has engine building elements.

Hi Tyler, I do my best to answer rules questions, but individual card effects I generally have to pass on (just a level of detail beyond what I can manage across all the games I’ve made videos for). You may find an answer for this on the games page at BoardGameGeek.

You’ll find it explained at 28:50. Those icons on the flipped warehouse represent the benefit of the warehouse that is explained during that segment. Unless you’re referring to something else? Let me know, if so.

@@WatchItPlayed At 28:50, the warehouse token shows the environment inspector crossed out with an X symbol. Does that mean that players can't steal cards from you with the environment inspector, or is that part of the "you don't discard cards unless you have more than 10 resource/science cards?" I can't tell if that's all part of 1 thing.

@@danielschaublin It's meant to represent "when the robber is rolled, you don't discard cards unless you have more than 10 resource/science cards".

The Raid card will also advance following the normal event rules. So when the cards in the queue would advance, so does your Raid card.

A card that let's you recover another card, can recover a card of any type, as I recall. I don't recall any restrictions (unless the card effect says so).

Not that I'm aware of. This website by the publisher lets you play online, but I don't know if it lets you invite random people to play codenames.game/

I understand that it is fairly new and on Reddit I saw another post from someone who was asking about instructions on how to play it as well. I would be very grateful. I don't even see how to place the agents. 🙃🤔
